Dear Clients
Once again it has been a busy month, I have been recruiting new staff, writing articles for magazines, arranging new treatments, charity evenings etc and we have had a new PW baby too.
Our first Semi Permanent Makeup Clinic is being held on Thurs 24 April - if you want to talk to Lorette about having one of her amazing treatments done - just ring her - don't be shy! (see details below). We are also announcing details of our Clarins Charity Evening in aid of the Jane Tomlinson Appeal, being held in June this year - please do come and help us raise money in memory of this amazing lady.

We are delighted to announce a new service from Pretty Woman. Lorette Hague will be running a Semi Permanent Makeup Clinic at PW commencing on Thurs 24 April 2008.

- Gemma-Louise has moved to live in Leeds. She previously worked at Ballantynes Gym in York for over four years, so is highly experienced therapist.
- After five years we say goodbye to Joanna, who has gone to seek fortune, fame and fun working abroad. Good luck and thank you Joanna.

CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS
Just a reminder, we will be charging Clients for late cancellations, no shows etc.
- We request 24 hrs notice for cancellation or rescheduling, otherwise 50% of appointment cost will be charged.
- Clients "not showing" for an appointment, will be charged 50%.
- Days of Beauty must give 48 hours notice of cancellation
- Course appointments missed or late cancelled, will automatically be deducted from course records.
