Medical Conditions
It is the Clients responsibility to inform us before every treatment, if they are pregnant, on medication or suffering any kind of illness, as we may advise you not to take the treatments booked.

Payment
We would kindly ask Clients to pay with either cash, cheque or debit card. We prefer not to take credit cards, due to the high level of bank charges.

Mobile Phones
As a courtesy to other Clients and to maintain a relaxed atmosphere, please switch off your phone before entering the Salon.

Employee of the Month
Every month we award one member of our Team "Employee of the Month". The Award is based on the person who goes 'that extra mile' and we would love to hear your thoughts on who should be the winner.

Children
To meet with insurance requirements and also in our effort to maintain a relaxed atmosphere, we would ask Clients having treatments, not to bring babies or children under the age of 12 to the Salon.

We accept no responsibility for any loss or mislaid personal belongings
